OUR SIGNATURE BEERS

 

 

Pumphouse Lager         A German style helles, light lager made with hops and yeast from Germany and all European

                                        malts.  Light in body, complex in flavor.  A true to style, easy drinking Lager  5% a.b.v.

                                                   

White Cap Wheat         Our American Style Wheat Beer is left unfiltered for fuller flavor. This Golden Wheat beer                                        is served with a lemon or orange slice to enhance the already noticeable citrus present in the                                        beer. A light body and smooth aroma make this a delightful sipping beer.   5% a.b.v.

                                                       

Hoppy’s One Ton          Our one ton pale ale is brewed with a “Ton” of American Hops. The head bull  in the herd that

Pale Ale                          “recycles” our brewers grain, Hoppy really does weigh a ton. Bright amber, crisp and double                                        dry hopped, this beer might be Colorado’s Best Pale Ale and That’s No Bull! 5% a.b.v.

 

Rebel Pale Ale                Our traditional English Style Pale Ale is assertively hopped with East Kent Golding and Fuggle                                        hops imported from England and balanced by a smooth toasted malt flavor. Revolt against                                        mundane brews, BE A REBEL.5% a.b.v.

 

Wooly Booger                Our English brown ale. A mild bodied beer that is dark in color, while at the same time full of Nut Brown Ale             flavor. A wonderfully drinkable beer, with slight toffee, nutty and caramel flavors.  Let the                                        honey-like malt flavor lure you in! 5% a.b.v.

                                                        

Rocky Mountain          Deep amber in color and complex in flavor.  A well balanced beer with medium body and a

Red Ale                          smooth finish.  This beer is a blend of American and British Malts accented with a                                                   healthy   dose of American Hops. 5% a.b.v.

                                                   

Stumpjumper                Our American Style India Pale Ale is made using over three pounds per barrel of Four Varieties

India Pale Ale                of American Hops and complimented by a complex blend of American and European malts.                                        Deep Amber  in color. Aggressive yet rich in flavor, StumpJumper India Pale Ale is a hop                                        lovers treat.  7% a.b.v.

                                                       

Shadow Mountain         Brewed using rolled oats, chocolate malt and roasted barley, this beer has a rich, thick head       Oatmeal Stout                and a chocolate flavor. This burley brew will calm any storm.  6% a.b.v.
