Persons placing an order for beer from the Grand Lake Brewing Company online must read, understand, and fully agree with the following statement:
ALL BEER PURCHASED FROM THE GRAND LAKE BREWING COMPANY IS SOLD IN THE STATE OF COLORADO AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN COLORADO. The Grand Lake Brewing Company makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import beer into any state outside of Colorado. The buyer (hereafter referred to as You) is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with the Grand Lake Brewing Company, You authorize the Grand Lake Brewing Company to act on Your behalf to engage a common carrier as a delivery service for Your order. This order is not being placed for, on behalf of, or at the request of, anyone who is employed by the State in which this order will be delivered. OUR BEER MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO THE GRAND LAKE BREWING COMPANY THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When the beer associated with this order is delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, or military addresses.
The Grand Lake Brewing Company is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by extreme weather conditions or acts of nature.
Extreme weather conditions can affect our handcrafted beers. By placing an online order you agree to take full responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment.
